From a Fence Post
Jarrah (Eucalyptus marginata)
I was living and useful. My reality after being felled; a gate post, redundant, firewood pile, rescued and now turned into a useful vessel. After turning, an elongated hole was produced using drills and a circular chainsaw. The cavity was then smoothed, textured and stained. The piece displays a central black gum vein and exquisite colour tones
