Elegance
Broughton Willow (Acacia salicina)
After seeing a number of concrete sculpture of human figures, Henry though he would try his hand at sculpturing but only using his preferred medium, timber. The Broughton Willow timber for this exhibit was given to Henry by a colleague. Elegance was marked out and then cut using a bandsaw. After filing and sanding the sculpture was polished with three coats of Danish Oil.
